Overview

The GRIFFON is the definitive FALKE.

The lineage runs like this: the original FALKE entered combat and proved itself — fast, agile, decisive. Field teams upgraded early units with EXCIMER laser cannons to address firepower limitations. Those upgrades worked, but introduced new problems: decreased agility, limited long-range sighting. A localised field upgrade kit resolved them — larger stabilisers, enhanced cockpit armor, and the Type K-14 indirect telescope gunsight. The first machine to carry that full configuration into combat was designated J665: GRIFFON.

The "bis" variant. Fully resolved. The version the platform had been working toward.

This is also the subject of WBE-002 — the second volume in the Paint on Plastic Workbench Edition series, and the most complete studio documentation of the FALKE platform in English.
